How billing works
Monthly and annual billing
- · Monthly billing charges the fixed plan price for each billing period.
- · Annual prepayment covers a twelve-month service term at approximately eleven months of the monthly price.
- · Annual invoices state the annual charge, the service term, the included plan, the renewal date, the renewal policy, the tax status and the fact that no automatic resource upgrade is applied.

Fair use
Fair-use and abuse policy
- · Shared vCPU allocations are intended for sustained normal workloads, not for continuous full-core saturation across all cores.
- · Transfer allowances are monthly and outbound; when an allowance is reached JWS notifies you and applies the configured traffic-control policy instead of raising an unapproved overage invoice.
- · Network abuse, unsolicited bulk email, illegal content and resource abuse are grounds for suspension under the Acceptable Use Policy.
- · Suspension for security or abuse handling is the only case where a server may be stopped without a prior paid-change approval.
