Suspected vulnerability or account compromise: mark the email URGENT and it pages the on-call engineer.
Before you write
The fastest answers live in the product: the AI operations assistant explains errors and bills line-by-line, and your Readiness Score already lists recommended fixes. If those don't solve it, write to us — include your workspace name and the project slug, and mention whether the app is down so we triage correctly.
