Terms of Service

JWS imports applications built with AI tools such as Lovable, Bolt and Replit, along with GitHub or ZIP uploads, analyzes them, provisions suitable infrastructure, and deploys, monitors and helps operate them.

Features include the Project Analyzer, Readiness Score, Deployment Passport, Budget Guard and human support in বাংলা & English.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential.

Workspaces are multi-tenant: the owner controls membership and roles, and is responsible for actions taken by their members.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to hold a billing account.

You may not deploy malware, phishing, spam infrastructure, content illegal under Bangladeshi or international law, or workloads designed to abuse third parties.

We may suspend applications that threaten platform integrity, with notice where practical and an appeal path via support.

Prices are listed and invoiced in euro (€). Every workspace has Budget Guard: a hard monthly spend cap you set.

JWS will never exceed your cap without explicit approval; when usage approaches the limit you are warned first, then given the choice to upgrade, optimize or gracefully pause.

Estimates shown before deploy are good-faith projections from our reviewed provider pricing database.

Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. Failed payments trigger a grace period with human contact before any suspension.

You retain full ownership of your source code and data. JWS claims no license beyond what is needed to build, deploy, back up and operate your application.

Your Deployment Passport (jws.yaml) documents the complete configuration so you can reproduce your setup elsewhere: no deployment dead end, no lock-in by design.

We target high availability and monitor every deployment, but the service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee on free and entry tiers; managed tiers carry the support commitments shown on the pricing and service-level pages.

To the extent permitted by law, JWS's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding a claim.

We may update these terms with 14 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
