Hosting & edge delivery
Serves the JWS control plane and this website over TLS.
Managed database & authentication
Stores workspace, project and audit data; powers sign-in and session security.
Transactional email
Delivers sign-in links, security alerts and billing notifications.
Payment processing
Processes plan subscriptions billed in €. Card details never touch JWS servers.
Infrastructure providers (your choice)
Providers such as Hostinger, Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Railway, Render or Vercel process data only for projects you deploy to that provider.
Changes
Workspace owners are notified by email before a new sub-processor that handles customer data is added. Objections can be raised through the contact page within 14 days of notice.
These documents are provided in plain language and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before reliance.
