Refund Policy

First-time subscriptions to a paid management plan (Smart Deploy, Premium or Executive) may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment if the platform has not completed a production deployment for your project.

The following amounts fall outside this refund policy.

If Budget Guard fails to warn you before a verified overage on a JWS-managed plan, the overage amount is credited to your next invoice after review.

Request a refund through the contact page with your workspace name and invoice number.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Amounts are always itemized in €.
