Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what may not be deployed, stored or transmitted through JWS-managed infrastructure. It applies to all workspaces, projects and environments, including bring-your-own-cloud deployments managed by JWS.

The following are not permitted on JWS-managed infrastructure under any plan.

Plans are sized for the workload described during analysis. Deliberately evading resource limits, reselling capacity without agreement, or using JWS as free network transit may lead to throttling or suspension after notice.

We investigate reports in good faith and contact the workspace owner before taking action wherever the situation allows.

Critical abuse, such as active attacks or illegal content, may be suspended immediately to protect other tenants. Repeated violations lead to account termination under the Terms of Service.

Report abuse through the contact page or by emailing support@jws.jirify.net with the subject "Abuse Report". Include the affected URL or IP and any evidence you have.
