Privacy Policy

Account data: name, email address and authentication identifiers, including Google sign-in, used to secure your workspace.

Project data: source code you import from GitHub, ZIP or builder exports, environment variable names, framework and runtime detections, and analyzer findings, stored per workspace so deployments and rollbacks work.

Operational data: deployment logs, health checks, audit events and session records used for security, troubleshooting and the activity history shown in your dashboard.

Billing data: plan, usage and invoices in EUR (€). Card or mobile-banking details are processed by our payment provider; JWS never stores full payment credentials.

We do not sell your data. We do not train AI models on your private source code.

We do not read your environment variable values except where you explicitly ask the platform to validate them, and we never display stored secrets in plaintext.

Imported code is analyzed to produce your Readiness Score and Deployment Passport, then stored encrypted within your workspace, visible only to members you have granted access.

Deleting a project removes its source, findings and deployment history from active systems; backups age out within 30 days.

JWS runs on managed infrastructure providers for cloud compute, database hosting, email delivery and payment processing. Each provider processes only the data required for its function, under contractual data-protection terms.

Infrastructure choices for your project are always visible in your Deployment Passport.

You can export your data, correct account details, or delete your workspace at any time from Settings.

Workspace deletion removes all projects, members and billing history except where records must be retained for legal or tax purposes in Bangladesh.
